We believe that most organizations suffer from broken processes and waste, but are unaware of the impact and cost of these inefficiencies. Our Background
Although we have designed and installed large systems for major corporations, our real passion is assisting organizations who have little or no staff dedicated to managing their systems and data.
Software Solutions & Experience
We have managed, evaluated, installed and implemented systems for a variety of organizations using different software solutions. We have expertise in analyzing data from a number of business functions, including financial management, project and material management, church membership and child care management. A sampling of the products we have worked with include Quickbooks, Xero, SAP, Office 365, Fellowship One, ShelbyNext, Ezra, Sandbox and EZCare.
Data Management
Data planning and quality reporting tools are crucial for efficient operations and effective decision-making. Many organizations lack any data management; data design, reporting, and analysis are often afterthoughts during software installations.
We have experience designing data structures, transforming data, and creating reports and visuals leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Power BI.
