We will identify general data improvement opportunities by reviewing systems, reports and spreadsheets .  We will agree on a business area for initial focus; and if desired, we will build a Power BI Proof of Concept (free of charge).  Then we will work with you to agree on the scope of project, identify data source(s) and affected process(s), and provide a cost estimate.

We will work with you to design KPIs, measures, dashboards and reports.  We will also identify any data issues that could impact the sustainability of the solution and provide options to improve your data quality.

Upon approval of the design we will build the custom solution to meet your needs and install it in your own Power BI environment in the cloud.  Power BI accounts can be set up as a standalone service (for a single user) or as a service which runs within an Office 365 tenant.  After installing the solution, we will provide training to get you started using the system.

After installation, we can provide additional training and support for Power BI.  In addition, we provide other software and data services that you may need, including data conversions,  data cleanup, system integrations, software evaluations, business process design and web design.
